New build two-bedroom house.
A messy subdivision of a larger dwelling created a site with a footprint of only 35m sq. Originally commissioned to refurbish and extend the original dwelling, it soon became clear that to meet the clients needs both spatially and financially, a complete new build was a better option. Creating a courtyard house maximised the small site, with flowing outdoor and indoor living spaces, as well as creating privacy and giving from the glazed lantern in the roof, open views of Central London.
