Heostudio prepared an outline feasibility study working with The Industrial Buildings Trust, for the Beaufoy Institute in Lambeth. The building is Listed and has an Educational Covenant on part of it dictating the location of the museum and the archive in different areas. Having already taken a detailed inventory of the space requirements for the museum and archive, an assessment was made to see if they would fit in the available space. The proposal was costed, and included a detailed schedule of essential repairs to the existing historic fabric.
